As a Total Rewards Process Excellence Manager, you'll strategically plan and steer the end to end Total Rewards and Benefits Operations Governance for all APAC countries. Ensures compliance with legal requirements and global guidelines. Heads all audit preparations and compliance pieces, to include policy and process documentations for APAC Total Rewards Operations.

What You'll Do for Us
Lead expert for Total Rewards APAC operational framework on its implementation to include market trends, customer needs, technology capabilities, operational efficiencies, etc.
Strategically plan and steer the end to end Total Rewards and Benefits Operations Governance for all APAC countries. Ensures operational compliance with legal requirements and global guidelines. Oversee and plan audit preparations, to include policy and process documentations for APAC Total Rewards Operations.
Continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks of overall APAC Total Rewards Operations.
Stakeholder management for changes on implementation, delivery and issues encountered in all APAC regions.
Drives the discovery and implementation of Total Rewards operations enhancements and process improvement, as well as design changes provided by the Total Rewards and Benefits CoE.
Plans and direct capability building for APAC Total Rewards team and overall platform HR team.
Acts as Total Rewards Operations Manager for one Operating Unit. Lead for successful delivery and escalation person for end to end Total Rewards and Benefits Administration Delivery. This includes delivery and implementation of Annual Rewards Cycle (base pay review, Annual Incentive, Long-Term Incentive), coordinating with payroll team for pay-out process, overseeing salary recommendations, maintenance of off-cycle budgets, pre-payroll inputs, vendor management and all benefits administration.
Directly manages a Total Rewards Analyst for Operational Delivery, and Benefits Governance and Process Excellence work covering all countries in APAC.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum 12 years experience managing total rewards and benefits operations in multiple countries. At least 7 years lead experience on governance, controls and compliance. Experience working with senior stakeholders, and challenging customers needed.
