As a Tools and Methods Engineer, you will build and deploy automation and data tools supporting Project Delivery for Network Operations group. You will participate and lead the following activities of the Software Development Lifecycle: Analyzing initial requirements and business needs, tool development and testing, provide consistent support to users and technology competence across service areas and domains. In this role, you will ensure that all tools built for users are deployed in a professional manner, achieving user satisfaction resulting to delivery efficiency for our customers securing profitability for the company.
Perform analysis of current and upcoming Ericsson tools
Define and develop supporting tools and methods
Train and support end users
Improve service delivery processes as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent degree and experience
Must have 3-5 years of experience in ETL, Automation and Visualization tool development and support
Experience in Data tools and languages such as Alteryx and SQL
Experience in Business Intelligence/Visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Experience in Automation tools such UiPath for RPA and VBA Macros
Experience in Microsoft tools such Power Platform, Forms and SharePoint
Familiarity with Python is a plus
Knowledge of APIs and ability to integrate data from various sources
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with users from different domains, leaders, and team members
Experience working with Telecommunications Organization is a plus
Proven track record of quickly learning new technologies
