Requirements:

Customer service experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
Provide first level phone and email assistance on various types of Employee Services/Financial Services queries.
Responsible in communicating to all Thai-speaking clients/customers
Escalate queries and requests accordingly to the Team Lead and make necessary follow-ups to ensure that the overall turnaround time for resolution is met
Effectively communicate, provide instructions, and options to customers
Perform other related tasks
