Description
Review and analyze system specifications
Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
User acceptance testing
End to end testing
Automated scripting - CSS, Javascript, HTML, Xpath
Use tools like Endtest
Jira
Blackbox testing
General Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years web application testing experience and proven experience across the testing lifecycle
Proven ability to write formal test cases, using pertinent test techniques
Experience in web-based applications and technologies.
Hands-on testing experience in business-related applications.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers and designers.
Experience in using automated testing tools, especially with regression testing
Experience with requirement and gap analysis
Soft skills (very important):
Highly organized with good time & task management skills.
Able to multi-task and maintain a flexible approach to managing priorities
Self-motivated, self-starter, passionate about quality, can think out of the box
Excellent communicator and Team player
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Flexible, proactive and hardworking with a can-do attitude

Prepare test designs, test cases, test data and other testing assets
Performing System, System Integration, End-to-End and Deployment testing

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
