About the role

Coordinating all test management activities for a release (project or support).
Delivering the test services on time and within budget while meeting all quality objectives.
Resource management and the relationship with project stakeholders.
Leading the Test Specialists assigned to their specific Project/BAU release.
Provides day-to-day direction to the Test Specialists and regular project status.
Communicating the test status, resolving issues, and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback.
What we are looking for
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Understanding of testing concepts and how testing fits in with the overall software development life cycle
Detail oriented: able to document and follow detailed instructions within test scripts as well as defect tracking documents (i.e., steps to recreate the defect)
Ability to analyze system failures to document properly in defect records
Certified International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) - Foundation (not mandatory)
