Your team
The Test Management Team owns the test management process and lead the test management activities through proven test management best methodologies and test management practices across change the bank project portfolio.
Test Management team work in close cooperation with Development, Release Management and other key stakeholders with the objective to deliver a high-quality product that meet customer needs and requirements.
Your mission
Test Planning: Test Strategy/Approach preparation: for each test level in scope (SIT, Pre-UAT, UAT), identify the activities and resources required to meet the testing scope identified in the Test Strategy. Identify the need of Manual Testing and Test Automation.
Test Design & Implementation: identify and manage the test levels and test cases needed to satisfy the testing objectives, identifying the best test conditions and technique in according to the Test Strategy.
Test Execution: Manage the test cases execution in a logical set, organized and prioritizes. Test Environments, Test inputs, Test Data, Test output well documented with evidences.
Test Monitoring & Control: Monitor and Report on Testing activities to facilitate decision making, determine the status and provide details about the overall quality of the application or system. Evaluate the Entry and Exit Criteria for each Test Level.
What you need
Previous test management experience including leadership experience
Knowledge of both automated and manual testing
Strong result orientation and stress resistance
Flexibility and openness for changes
Teamwork and ability to share knowledge and develop others

Experience with Avaloq Banking System
Experience working within a matrix-style structure
ISTQB® (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification
Experience with Test Management tool
