Short Description
Test Manager is responsible for the testing of systems under development, for providing expert process improvement advice to reduce development defects and provide assurance that risks associated with implementing new systems are accurately quantified and addressed.
Qualifications
Experience in Banking systems/applications
Experience in Waterfall SDLC
Experience in any bug tracking tool
API Testing
Automation Testing
Mobile Testing
Experience in using test tool such as JIRA
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop test plans, perform or supervise the writing of test cases, test scripts and definition of business scenarios
Provide test estimates based on business requirements, functional and technical specifications
Review completeness of Requirements Traceability Matrix to ensure full requirements coverage
Liaise with the project working team for test data gathering and other requests
Manage the reporting of defects and issue clarifications
Report, monitor and response in timely manner the issues reported in JIRA
Prepare daily test status report and test summary report at the end of testing
All other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time
