Key tasks/key responsibilities:
Test program test time optimization
Improve Test Program Stability and Yield
Platform Transfer of Test Hardware and Test Programs
Ramp up support on new products
Documentation on changes/release of test programs
Tight cooperation with BL Test Development/Design and Operations team
Contribute to the continuous improvement in test production
Support team members on technical issues (e.g., test problems, test methods, tester resources)
Qualifications/Skills:
Electronics or Electrical Engineering graduate or equivalent
Deep knowledge on semiconductor Test and IC manufacturing
Several years background in Test Development
Familiar with automated test equipment from COHU (X-series, DMX)
Familiar with COHU test software Envision / Unison
Basis experience in C++
Basic knowledge in mechanical engineering
Team player, Interpersonal skills and adaptability
