Summary:
This position is responsible for testing and support of computer systems within the organization. This role should be able to make sound decisions, both freedom and constraints, and be accountable for his/ her decisions. Should have above-average knowledge, skills and experience to be effective. The Test Automation Engineer must have and demonstrate the ability to make sensible decisions and recommendations for test requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Work with development and PM to review requirements specifications and help identify and clarify any ambiguity
Design test plans and test cases based on requirements within the allocated release window and to the required quality
Automate test plans via tools and technologies recommended by organization.
Create test requirement matrix mapping business processes
Ensure automation code is committed to the source control repository defined by the organization.
Attend meetings, workshops and daily stand ups
Actively participate with design discussions with team members in order to achieve the best outcome based on time and cost constraints
Knowledge and Skill-Set required:

5+ years as Test Automation Engineer
Good level of organizational skills, with the ability to create a well-documented test process to aid analysis
Strong desire to understand and grow as an individual
Ability to interpret requirements into robust solution designs and codes
Ability to quickly identify, understand and focus on key concepts and goals
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
