As a Test Automation Engineer, you will contribute to the implementation of the software testing lifecycle activities, including creation and management of automated test scripts, creating test cases, preparing scripts, executing test cases for different types of testing and implement specific parts of the go-live plan. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with backend and frontend developers to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions.

With $13M in VC funding and working with over 6,000 brands and 60,000 influencers, our revolutionary tech platform is seeing intense growth in Australia, UK and now in the US.
The client is a self-serve tech platform where brands can easily identify, connect and buy influencer content via a marketplace model. Founded by Digital Content expert and Australian TV/Radio personality Jules Lund, the client has now launched in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and Execute test scripts for web application based on Test cases / requirements /Stories
Create and run Regression test suite
Create Test Summary Reports for the Web
Collaborate with Web Automation tester to create and run E2E tests
Raising defects in JIRA
Communicate issues with Web teams. - Setting up and executing tests on a Cloud testing service
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in test automation
Proficiency in one or more best practices such as Test Driven Development (TDD), behavioral-driven development (BDD), Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
Programming experience with JavaScript, Java, Node.js or similar languages
Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Buildkite, Jenkins, CircleCI, or alike
Experience in testing container environments (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Experience with source control systems (GitHub)
Experience in AWS
Experience using JIRA or equivalent project management tool
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
Knowledge with Agile methodologies
Experience testing, debugging REST APIs with Postman or equivalent tool
Experience with Ruby, Rails
