PRODUCT SALES REPRESENTATIVE WHAT YOU WILL DO: Work in close collaboration with Sales Supervisor and office managing trade relationships, implementing plans & programs developed and monitoring KPI achievement. Must achieve area target outlet coverage, offtake by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), numeric & weighted distribution by SKU, call efficiency (strike rate), outlet drop size, OOS (Out of stock) control and excellent merchandising. YOU ARE: Graduate of High School or any vocational courses. Have at least 6 months field sales and driving experience in multinational FMCG company. Passionate about achieving individual and team objectives. Have desire and ability to learn. Adaptable, flexible and open to change.
