YSU Marketing Corporation as a Trade Name was established on January of 2000, but trading started in the Year 1995.
It was Conceived to become a "Total Food Service Solutions Provider" for Mindanao and had its humble beginnings as a supplier of Styrowares and Plastic Cups to Local End Users in the Northern Mindanao Area.
Over the years we have added a vast array of Product lines, Brands, Suppliers / Principal's and Services to our Business Portfolio to cover the growing needs of our customers. We have also become the pioneer in the Customization of various Food Packaging items to provide value to our Local S.M.E. Customers.
Our company is currently in need of dynamic applicants to fill in the position of:
TERRITORY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST - Western Mindanao
Duties & Responsibilities
To contribute to the profitability of the company by delivering sustainble growth. This will be achieved via development of relevant Trade/In-store strategies and ensuring effective execution of the sales and merchandising excellence.
KRAs:
Business Development for HORECA and Secondary Accounts within the Area
Relationship Building and Customer Satisfaction
Reach Expansion
Accounts Receivable
Job Functions:
Design, propose and implement applicable programs for existing HORECA's and existing or new secondary accounts as primary source for growth
Ensure to align daily activities with Area Distribution Specialist or up to the Project Head as needed
Maintain collaborative and proactive behavior across all covered accounts in everyday dealings
Communicate business objectives to the accounts/customers clearly in every visit.
Ensures proper documentation and due diligence in customer profiling before opening the account.
Map out weekly and monthly coverage schedule in alignment with the third-party service provider.
Ensure completeness and correctness of transaction documents, safekeeps the same.
Ensure prompt collection and remittance process regularly as mandated by company policies.
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
College graduate
3 years relevant experience as territory development or in a similar capacity
Strategic thinker, analytical and a problem-solver
Good communication and negotiation skills
Project Management
Budgeting and financial management
Market Research and Analysis
