Job Title: BSL Operations Analyst
Job Description
Monitor performance, provide insights and recommendations relating to program KPIs and program metrics.
Manage and support day-to-day operations, process, and reporting
Communicate and partner with WFM for real time tagging and corrections.
Create and distribute documents and/or data to the healthcare team.
Audit and validate sales result and performance scores
Drive in achieving 100% of assigned goals for team to Improve the key success metrics associated with quality and client requirements.
Develop, coach, support operation leaders with administrative tasks inclusive of attendance, routing and escalation management.
Ensure program has the tools, systems, and support needed to perform their job.
Manage sending of reports efficiently on daily coaching packages containing sales data report, enrollments, NPS, quality evaluations, open eligibility requests and escalations
Send and discuss reports on Week on Week trend and outlier performance
Skills/Experience Required:
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in a support or leadership role (SME, Operations/TL, Quality, Training inclusive of Temp roles)
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word and Office applications
High Analytical skills to identify trends, outliers, and performance behaviors
Ability to process data accurately and put together team statistics
Detail Oriented
Has the ability to work efficiently and create detailed documentation
Good communication skills
Experience in utilizing Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Has the initiative and resourceful in finding solutions to address on demand requests.
Reliable, Hardworking and a team player.
