What you'll need to qualify:
• Completed at least 2 years of college
• Preferably with 6 months professional sales experience (BPO or Non BPO)
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Technology and work environment requirements for the job (Temporary Work from Home):
• Have the right connection - a home internet connection of >15Mbps (you may do a quick check through Fast.com)
• Computer - we'll supply and deliver at your doorstep
• Must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem
• Must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working.
• Must be residing within Pampanga area - nearby provinces are welcome to apply
• May require Trainees to report on-site if the trainee experiences any Power/ISP issue for that day
What your typical day will consist of:
• Generate sales by managing and processing high volume of inbound sales calls and provide the requested information, including product and service material, deals and promotions
• Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client's requirements
• Facilitate client requirements with preparing all new contracts, service agreements and/or sales for the same
• Conduct proactive consultative analysis to new and existing customers
• Perform all follow up for outbound calls and consistently ensure optimal levels of client satisfaction.
