Company Profile: A BPO Company that provides support to customer service, back office, IT support and with particular focus in Online gaming industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Speaking, reading and writing Telugu
Preferably Bachelor's Degree holder
Excellent Communication skills in English
Must be independent, self-motivated, show initiative and a strong sense of ownership/responsibility.
Flexible in shifting schedule
Willing to work in the Philippines/Makati City
Willing to work in an Online Gaming company
Can start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles and resolves customers' issues via phones (inbound, outbound), emails and online chatting tools (including social chat).
Can provide commercial approach to the customer with outstanding capability to present promotions and brand information
Meets or exceeds KPI targets on effectiveness and efficiency.
Provides quality and accurate customer service.
Escalates issues to specific superior/s.
Coordinates well with other CS, superiors and colleagues from other departments.
Strictly follows internal department procedures and complies with company-wide rules and policies.
Perform other related tasks
