Reporting of weekly call activities and conversation ratios
Recommends and Suggests new call sales strategies, sales spiels.
Bachelor's Degree of any course
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in TeleSales/Telemarketing is a plus
Possess good customer service skills
Willing to learn and be trained
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel)
