Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Initiate the renewal process for all accounts under $12,000.
Set appointments per week for Relationship managers to visit renewing clients.
Prospect for upsell and new opportunities within the portfolio of accounts.
Set new business or growth appointments per week for Relationship Managers.
Contribute revenue growth opportunities to the pipeline each period.
Sign renewal MYD contracts, Growth Upsell and New business as appropriate.
Contribute closed/won growth opportunities each month (signed by RM or AM)
Set appointments for CEL team as part of client servicing calls
Build strong relationships to the point of trusted adviser for clients, build and maintain a sound working partnership with Relationship Manager
Maintain the CRM
Provide timely reporting as requested.
Forecast honestly and accurately
Build and maintain an account plans in concert with the Relationship Manager
Assist with and triage to RM, challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Mitigate cancellations
Other duties as assigned
