Job Responsibilities:
Fielding and prompt answering of customer service technical calls (Answering detailed service questions, providing remote assistance to customer problems and faults)
Management of CRM as appropriate (Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts)
Participating in service meetings as required
Adhering to all relevant OH&S principles
Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Service teams
Maintaining customer confidentiality
Requirements
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Understanding of how CRM systems work
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence on the phone
Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Corel draw or design software a plus
Able to work office based 3-4 days a week
