Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations
Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling
Secures information by completing database backups
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales representations
Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing preferred
Great communication skills
Knowledge in basic arithmetic
MS Excel and Word proficient
Superior follow-up and cold-calling skills
Effective interpersonal skills
Pleasing Personality
Sales/lead generation experience is preferred
