Note:
Due to the Luzon lockdown, we require the candidate to work from home until the lockdown is lifted. This is an office-based position once everything settles down.
Requirement:
> High-speed internet, at least i3 processor, suitable work from home environment.
- Perform outbound sales through calls to prospective customers and generate leads on behalf of the client.
- Provide efficient service qualifications.
- Deliver upon daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Meet telesales team objectives including call rates, conversion rates, campaign deadlines, lead qualification, customer data management, and targets.
- Effectively identify and develop qualified sales opportunities.
- Work on multiple campaigns as per business demand.
- Use scripts to provide information about product/services features, and present their benefits.
- Be able to not only follow a script but be comfortable to improve or go off-script by thinking outside of the box.
- Have a bubbly personality on the phone calls to customers and have the ability to strike up a conversation about products and services.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has a minimum of two (2) years BPO experience, specifically in a Telemarketing vertical.
- Strong focus on solution sales and selling on value.
- Commercially minded with a strong motivation to succeed in a high performing Sales Team.
- Great negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable and familiar with B2B and B2C Telemarketing is a plus.
- Having experience doing Outbound Telemarketing is an advantage.
- Professional phone manner and strong English communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills - can proactively identify, make decisions and resolve customer issues.
- Strong rapport and relationship building skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
- Can start immediately.
