Responsibility:
The Acquisition Caller aims to deliver Growsari's services and address any customer issues via telemarketing. His or her primary responsibility is to perform outbound calls to acquire new users and transform them into loyal customers.
Callouts of targeted stores and achieve desired conversion
Place orders for stores via the call center portal
Educate and guide store owners about Growsari's features
Monitor and assist any customer feedback
Compliance to specified SOPs
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's Degree
Preferred but not required: At least 1 year experience in telemarketing
Competent verbal communication
Able to use Excel or Google sheets
Able to use internet tools or websites
