We are one of the biggest insurance brokerage houses in the UAE and looking for a Telemarketing Executive for a home-based position to start immediately.
A process training that is paid is provided, fixed salary and a very rewarding incentives structure that is uncapped and providing you the opportunity of earning almost up to 50% of your salary.
In order to qualify for the role, you should be available as per the working hours and interested in a long-term committed project.
Telemarketing Executive
Duties and responsibilities
Influence prospective clients to consider buying any insurance product and provide excellent service on each lead generation call
Action revival and recycle leads, obtain prospects' information and update request status in the internal software system.
Complete new lead requests by registering prospects' information in the lead form system & to assign it to the appropriate business units.
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed on a daily basis.
Determine eligibility by comparing prospective client information to requirements & access insurance portal to check on the value.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending procedures.
Answer customers' calls and ensure calling back missed and abandoned calls.
Support the unit manager in any additional assignment.
Required skills and experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven experience in telemarketing representative, sales, customer service or relevant position.
Patient and able to handle customers' rejection
Persistent and result oriented
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Technical requirements
Laptop / Desktop with Camera (Core i5 10th or 11th gen, 6-8gb ram, 500gb - 1TB hard disk)
Noise Cancelling Headset (USB based headset)
Internet speed - at least 10Mbps Download speed, ping below 5
