Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Performs outgoing calls, emails, or emails in an effective and efficient way to accounts that are on early delinquency (past due clients)
Advises customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment and possible legal actions for non-payments to prevent further delinquency
Secures outgoing productivity to the assigned accounts on regular basis, informing them regarding their account status, total past due amount, and any other necessary information
Negotiates and structures payment plans and schedules that suits customers' financial situations
Maintains and updates customer information profiles
Responsible for account research, including skip tracing
Monitors commitment schedule of accounts
Generates reports on productivity
Performs other assigned tasks from time to time
Job Specifications
Graduate of any 4 year course
Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
Demonstrates good interpersonal and negotiation skills for interacting with clients
Keen to detail to avoid errors and probable loss
Proficient in MS Office/Google Documents and Excel/Google Sheets
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Accounting and Finance Financial Services 5 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
