Job Title: Technology: Engineer - Assistant Vice President
Location: Manila

The Engineer designs and develops application code, implements technical solutions, and configures applications in different environments in response to business problems. To meet the requirements of the business, the Engineer actively participates in the design and architecture of the application or its components, investigates and proposes appropriate technologies to be used, promotes re-usability of existing components and contributes to the creation of frameworks. Assists more junior members of the team and controls their work where applicable.
Your Key Responsibilities
Bring about change and transformation via projects/initiatives of the Bank with focus on the following: Business Modelling, Business Analysis and Testing, Project management, Portfolio, programme and project support, Requirement definition and management, User experience and design implementation
Lead agile team in the development and integration of regulatory reporting with focus on Database design, Systems design, Data analysis and testing
Configure applications such as Axiom, other reporting tools
Delivery and operation of packaged applications through application support, change management, problem management, and quality assurance
Your skills and experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Risk and Regulatory; preferably knowledge and experience in statistical, liquidity and corep
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent) or Finance - with a minor in Finance, Mathematics or Engineering
Preferably with experience/training on agile framework, reporting concepts
Demonstrated leadership ability and has ability to negotiate and influence others to gain support and achieve a common goal
Knowledge of IT delivery and architecture including knowledge of Data Modelling and/or BA.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and alternating priorities with a constant focus on delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
