Description
Responsible for the Main Service Center and Authorized Service Center management
Supervised product repair and related after sales service, including home service for customers and dealers.
In-charge of opening Authorized Service Centers nationwide
Manage and provide support to all Authorized Service Centers.
Prepare and implement nationwide service terms and standard operations procedure, for customer, dealer/distributor, Authorized Service Center and Ace Service Section.
Handles the customer service transaction and other related services.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
At least a Bachelor's/College Degree or vocational course in Electronics or equivalent.
Preferably Supervisor with 2 years & up experienced employees specializing in Service Support or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years working experience in after sales service under brown and white lines appliances and same company industry is an advantage.
The ability to work with minimal supervision.
Willing to work in Quiapo, Manila.
