Job Responsibilities:
Identifying hardware and software problems
Troubleshoot technical issues
Resolving network issues
Installing and configure hardware and software
Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent certifications or Associate's degree will be considered)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Basic understanding of Computer hardware, software, operating systems (windows, MacOS, Linux) and networking concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and explain technical concepts clearly
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting
Customer service orientation with the ability to emphatize, remain patient, and deliver high-quality support
Adaptability to learn new technologies and keep pace with the evolving tech support landscape
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, share knowledge and assist colleagues
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements, features and objectives and develop comprehensive test plan
Perform various types of testing, such as functional, usability, compatibility, performance and regression testing
Requirements
