Job Description
The Technical Support is responsible for the effective provision, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Ensures that hard ware and software system,operating systems and related procedures adhere to organizational values. Provide the hospital with accurate and timely data and with reliable and stable computer systems. Concepts and ideas about the latest technology available in the market that will help achieve its vision.
Competencies:
Education
Graduate of any four-year course in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
General Skills
Attention to details and good in logical thinking.
Quickly learns new technologies.
Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
Ability to explain complex information in simple and clear terms to a non-IT Personnel.
Has in-dept understanding of the IT and hospital systems (software and hardware).
Have direct experience with Microsoft operating system and associated software for the IT infrastructure.
Position Requirements
2-3 years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required.
Considerable knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office 2007 to 2013 Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10.
Knowledgeable in Computer and network trouble shooting concept.
Remote Desktop support.
Advanced printer/Peripheral device troubleshooting
General knowledge of Hospital Principles, knowledgeable in BIZBOX System or any Hospital Information System.
Familiar with Support Ticket, Call Center, Knowledge-base systems.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
