TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF
Job Descriptions:
• Test and fix reported defective items/equipment
• Deploys and sets up new machines and users
• Provide insights in technical decisions
• Network Setup and maintenance
• Conduct regular PMS on computers and office issued laptop
• Supervise Technical Staff intern in doing routine preventive maintenance on computer
Other responsibilities (Inventory):
• Keep track of issued items/assets of staffs, keep PIS up-to-date
• Conduct Annual Office Inventory of Assets
Qualifications:
• IT related course graduate
• Experience of at least 2 years in the same position
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• LAN and WAN troubleshooting
• Experience working with network, switch, and various machine set up and cabling
• Certifications relevant to the job responsibilities is a plus
