Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in technical support.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality customer support.
Experience in documentation and training development is a plus.
