WeSource Management Consultancy Firm, which is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines was established in 2019. Primarily, the goal of the company is to be able to help employers find the perfect employees matching their business needs.
We are currently hiring Technical Support (Helpdesk) for our client. Please see details below:
Client: Payment Service Provider similar to Paymaya, paypal that has a captive office in PH
Location: Valero, Makati
WFH: Temporary
Laptop: To be provided by client
Schedule: Flexible/Shifting
Salary Range: 25K to 32K Package
Requirements:
-At least 2 years of experience doing Technical Support via phone and/or email for international clients on a helpdesk environment (PC hardware and Software Issues NOT Telco Tech experience)
-Can start ASAP
-2 years at least in college
-Preferably worked in Payment Service or FinTech Accounts
-Has Email and Voice background
