Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide Premier Support to a Wide-Range of Customer(s) and Use Expertise and Knowledge to Help Solve Application Problem(s) (Working with Support Team) * Investigate Client Issues in Partnership w/ the E Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Provide Premier Support to a Wide-Range of Customer(s) and Use Expertise and Knowledge to Help Solve Application Problem(s) (Working with Support Team) Investigate Client Issues in Partnership w/ the End-User(s) and Provide Solutions and Workarounds to Technical Issue(s) Leading to Customer Satisfaction Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience - Document, Share, and Help Retain Knowledge Coordinate with End User(s) for the Most Part when they Encounter Issue(s) with Security Product(s) - Depending On the Support Needed, this may Include Triage Discussion(s) with the End-User(s), Technical Support Engineer(s), and Internal Support from the Client-Side (i.e. Network Administrators) Dedicate Time to continuously Increase Qualification(s) By Acquiring New Learning and Remaining Up-to-Date with Emerging Industry Technologies - Use Knowledge and Expertise to Solve Technical Problems throughout Daily Interaction(s) with End User(s) and Customer(s) - Engagement(s) Done via Existing Communication Channel(s) through their Support-Portal Minimum Hiring Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree Preferred and College Level with Related Course(s) Required - Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Information Technology with Technical Support Background in a Customer-Facing-Function (with Minimum of 1 Year Experience) Skills in Computer Networks Required with Understanding of TCP-IP Concepts, Troubleshooting, and Security Concepts Demonstrated Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills (Able to Articulate Thoughts Clearly - Including Technical Processes) Skills in Administration of various Operating Systems (such as Windows and Linux) is an Advantage Other Technical Qualification(s) in the Realm of Computer Networks and Security or Related Technologies is an Advantage Good-to-Have: Knowledge of SQL and Database Administration, Experience with RESTful APIs and Understanding of SaaS Application Development Life Cycle Good-to-Have: Elemental Programming Skills (Python, Java, and JavaScript) Good-to-Have: Knowledge of Cloud Computing such as AWS Technical Certification(s) in Relevant Areas are Considered as an Advantage (Network+, Security+, and Linux+)
