Job Technical Support Engineer
a. Demonstrate/assist in demonstration of CNC machine, peripheral equipment and software.
b. Performs/assists in performing test and trials and procedure sample CNC cuts, including creation of CAD drawings, as needed.
c. Coordinates with customers for CNC machine installation.
d. Installation/assist in installation & commissioning of CNC machine and peripheral equipment.
e. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrating how products can meet customer’s needs
