Job Description
Pre Sales
Accompanies the sales or product team in client calls in order to provide assistance to all technical queries and questions from sales team, resellers and end-users.
Post/After Sales
Install company products at customer sites, ensure that they are working effectively, and provide necessary training and instruction to users.
Carry out the on-site repair and maintenance to ensure effective system performance.
Provide after-sales support by assisting customers in their inquiries, needs etc. to ensure total customer satisfaction and case closure.
