Job Descriptions
Responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of related Machines and equipment via local or overseas.
Responsible for the troubleshooting of software used by machines and related equipment.
Responsible for providing support by the use of available resources such as remote access and troubleshooting via phone call.
Responsible for implementing the maintenance program for the local machines and related equipment.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must be a licensed engineer
Must be good in communication both written and oral.
Experience in Customer Service / Support is an advantage.
Work Remotely:
Temporarily due to COVID-19
