Technical Support Associate(Work from home)
TALENT OUTSOURCING CHANNEL (TORCH) SOLUTIONS - Davao del Sur, Davao Region
Offer description
₱ 18,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Answer calls and respond to emails
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
-Open for outside Davao city applicants
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to handle support issues, either technical or functional nature
Computer Literate
Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules
