• Answer calls and respond to emails
• Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Basic Qualifications:
-At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
-Excellent English communications skills
-Preferably with call center experience
-Willing to start ASAP
Work at home Requirements needed:
-A minimum upload speed of 5 MBPS
-Minimum download speed of 10 MBPS
-A wired connection from modem/router to PC
-Conductive workspace away from distractions
-Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss
