Duties:
Manage customer information and ensure date is properly processed and recorded
Assist customers through phonecalls, email and chat system
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues experienced by customers
Will handle other duties/projects as assigned
Provide excellent display of customer service.
Qualifications
Candidate should have at least completed 1 yr in college
Candidate must have at least 6 mos experience as TSR or technical roles
Must have good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have an average typing speed
Willing to start Asap
Must have Technical Resources (wifi and laptop or desktop)
