General Description: The Technical Support Analysts will provide technical support, advice, and assistance clients. They help resolve hardware, software and other technical problems. They also provide front-line support for system issues,
Holidays:
All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed.
Monthly Salary (not including bonuses):
16,000 PHP - 21,000
Responsibilities:
Creating cases of each issue reported by client as needed and following the case to the resolution.
Answering support calls/ messages coming from clients.
Work on client system specific updates and management of dependent hardware and softwares.
Work on integration with third party application installation and maintaining.
Communication with stakeholder (BA, QA, Dev, Client-pharmacy owner) in regards to issue query or enhancement.
Requirements:
A graduate of any technical related program (Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, etc.)
Fresh grads are welcome to apply
Experience or at least basic knowledge in handling networks and SQL
Good English communication skills since this will involve client communication
Strong problem solving skills
Must prefer to work in graveyard shift (10PM-7AM PHT)
Residence in, or willingness to relocate to, Cebu City
