SUNERTECH is currently looking for:
TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEERS
* Candidate must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
* May have at least 1-2 years of relevant/related work experience
* Must know how to drive four-wheeled vehicle(s) (both manual & automatic)
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Willing to undergo training
* Any of the following technical knowledge, skills & experience is a
plus:
2D AutoCAD design (Schematic Wiring, Controls)
SCADA (Knowledge in Modbus, DNP3, IEC104, and 61850 protocols)
Programming (PLC, Automation, C++ language)
Network Communication (LAN/WAN , Wireless Radio, Fiber Optic)
Power System Protection (Protective Relaying)
Primary Testing (Generator, Transformer, PCB, DS, CT,PT)
Secondary Testing (Relay, Meter, Controls)
Partial Discharge Testing
Power Quality Analysis
*MUST possess the following skills:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Presents company products to clients and assess clients' technical needs; prepares product technical proposal vis-a-vis client requirements; joins various professional fora and organizations to update job knowledge; provides technical support to Business Development Group during trade shows, conferences and fora; makes technical presentations / demonstrates how product will meet client's needs; provides training and produces support materials for sales team; evaluates technical specifications and provides technical proposals for clients; Studies and masters Brand Portfolio in detailed knowledge to support clients on specific technical problems; recommends solutions and actions to strengthen product support
Researches, plans, studies, and designs systems as well as projects that need fabrication, wiring, installation, and commissioning; identifies & coordinates with procurement department for the equipment and materials needed, and monitor dispatch.
Performs power engineering calculations and analysis; prepares technical specifications of company's systems and drafts technical proposals of systems; provides protection settings, calibration, and configuration for correct operation of protective devices; installs configured systems at the site to integrate the supplied systems to clients' sub-systems; supervises project hires for quality of work and timely execution of project implementation.
Tests the full functionality of installed systems prior to commissioning; troubleshoots and analyzes, products or systems while performing commissioning and site acceptance testing; troubleshoots or repairs equipment or recommends replacement to Vendors; documents processess of commissioning and site acceptance testing.
Relates with R&D personnel of various principals & vendors related to their product lines and discuss R&D issues; pushes products' technical competitiveness to clients; distinguishes technical specifications among products and among competitors.
