- Provide assistance to Philippine customers.
- Assist customer to select and qualify appropriate machine, spare parts and modifications based on their requirement. Prepare quotations, specification checklist, production request and other documents required for machine.
- Provide solutions regarding machine improvements to avoid trouble/downtime for customers.
- Compile statistics and prepare various reports for management and customer.
- Assist in the implementation and promotion of product lines to customers. Evaluate and recommend new product and equipment upgrade.
- Coordinate with Admin Dept. on purchase orders, shipments, quotation, claim issues and payments needed by customer.
- Perform assigned service job (equipment service, installation, training and machine buy-off).
- Maintain and monitor availability of spare parts and demo machine.
- Can be available 24/7 including public holidays to respond onsite during urgent and sudden machine trouble.
Graduate of any Engineering course related to Semiconductor and Electronics Industry.
With at least 2-year experience with the required position; working as equipment engineer/maintenance in semiconductor.
Background in semiconductor assembly or manufacturing;
Can read and analyze equipment mechanical and electrical schematics/diagram.
Troubleshooting and analytical skills for equipment mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and software.
Knowledge in preparing 8D report, why-why analysis, fish-bone diagram and other technical analysis report for machine trouble and upgrade.
Can speak Japanese is a plus.
Must have valid Driver's License and can drive an automobile.
Willing to travel domestic and overseas on work assisgnment.
