As Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues concerning customer's accounts or company products.
Key Responsibilities:
Cooperate with the sales team to analyse the practical needs of customers, and to produce a complete project plan and also seek possible solutions
Provide products demo, service, maintenance, and upgrades for customers
Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed
Be responsible for project management and project delivery
Perform product inspection, test and troubleshoot products
Manage open support cases within the organisation and finding a solution or workaround to maintain customer satisfaction
To succeed in the Technical Sales Support Specialist role, you will need a strong technical presentation skills and experienced in problem solving, product training, sales support, and field support.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferably in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or equivalent
Three years of experience in handling security surveillance and electrical products
Good presentation and communication skills and can work with different stakeholders
Team player and can work independently
Organised and goal-oriented
Readiness to travel nationwide
