What You'll Do:
As a Japanese Speaking Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
Engaging with Customers: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from our Japanese-speaking clients.
Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside your team to continuously improve our customer service processes.
What We're Looking For:
Language Skills: Fluency in Japanese and English (both spoken and written) is a must.
