This role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their product needs, offering technical solutions, and promoting the company's ingredient portfolio.Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the bakery raw materials business.
Manage and grow business with the Top 10 key customers, ensuring consistent engagement and sales performance.
Identify and target new customers in the bakery industry (e.g., industrial bakeries, foodservice companies, and distributors).
Provide technical support to customers regarding the application of raw materials such as flour improvers, enzymes, emulsifiers, and other bakery ingredients.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
Collaborate with technical, product development, and quality teams to align customer needs with product offerings
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product documentation.
Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and seminars as required.
What our Client is Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in bakery ingredients or raw materials.
Strong knowledge of bakery processes and ingredient functionalities.
Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and drive sales with top-tier customers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Willingness to travel as needed..
