JOB FUNCTION
» Sales coverage of Western Mindanao area
» Plan strategies necessary to achieve sales target
» Create new opportunities for the company by identifying potential customers, developing, and following-up on new business leads
» Maintain and strengthen client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
» Study market trends, conduct competitor and customer analysis
» Organize sales visits, effectively promote products and services and close the sale
» Establish new business/ accounts
» Conduct product demonstration and presentation as needed
» Attend trade exhibitions, conference and meetings
JOB compensate
» Compensation and Benefits + Commission + Car plan following established guidelines.
Requirements:
» Candidate MUST be located in Zamboanga, preferably Zamboanga City, and can communicate using Visayan or the local dialect
» Candidate MUST be a graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with professional Engineering license highly preferred
» With significant practice in the sale of any industrial, instrumentation or electrical products
» Technical know-how; can easily grasp and understand operation and functionalities of technical products offered
» Required Skill(s): negotiation and closing, prospecting expertise
» Customer oriented with good communication expertise; innovative, good analytical, planning and organizing expertise
