PRE-SALES ENGINEER
This role supports the sales team by providing technical business-consulting advice to both internal and external customers. Responsible for providing pre-sales technical consulting and for taking the customer's technical, financial, and business requirements into consideration in order to recommend an optimal configuration.
SALES ENABLEMENT
Closely works with PM to ensure Salespeople are enabled in terms of product knowledge and product positioning thru regular training or product briefing. Together with PM, regularly update Sales team on Product Roadmap including products approaching End-of-Life and End-of-Support in a timely and efficient manner.
Pre-Sales will configure and come up with a final BOM, thereby certifying that the proposal meets the Customer requirements (ensuring Technical integrity).
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY
Maintain good working relationship within the organization.
Deliver service in line with agreed controls, procedures and SLA.
Strive for high level customer service.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
As a front-liner, represents the Company in every sales related activity.
Coordinates with principal/vendor/supplier.
Coordinates with sales team.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of bachelor's degree in any Computer/IT Related Course
Must have at least 1yr experience as Pre-Sales
Schedule:
10 hour shift
Experience:
Pre Sales / Technical Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
