Work you'll do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, offer management, and onboarding requirements.
Work closely with internal hiring managers and leaders, understanding their requirements across different levels and capabilities within the firm.
Organize and conduct candidate interviews, reference checks, salary negotiation, offer discussion, collecting pre-employment requirements, assisting on the onboarding while maintaining good professional relationship with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Design and implement results-driven talent strategies for recruiting research, talent mapping, and market intelligence
Ability to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, internet & media job postings, target searches and personal networking.
Manage candidate tracking system, and update 201 filing system
Assist in facilitating recruitment marketing and events.
Provide accurate reports on recruitment status and activities
If you are someone with:
Bachelor's degree holder
Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing/recruiting working experience in technology/IT/digital/SAP hiring. Experience as Technical Recruiter for an IT or Consulting firm is an advantage
Excellent research and sourcing skills using different job portals / social media tools
Have previous experience recruiting for a variety of niche roles and identifying them through deep web search
Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors
Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Self-motivated, able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
Tech-savvy and love to learn and understand new systems and processes
