The team you'll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
What you will learn and contribute to
Single interface to customer for the End-to-End status and updates of the swap/migration project
Needs to be involved from Planning phase to deployment phase to Optimization phase
Will primarily stich the activity and ensure smooth transition between the different phase of the project build
Knows when to call for revert, to call to customer and explain the issues
Will be crafting the detailed timeline following the playbook and the Master timeline as agreed with Nokia and customer Management
Should know when to push for implementation prioritization in order to manage any network performance degradation
Be involved in the network checklist preparation prior to any execution. Checking if site list, scripts and site readiness
Will have end to end visibility, reporting and accountability
Will provide reporting to customer on a cluster level for any degradation or issues on a weekly basis on-top of the broadcast
Will advise customer for any needed solution on issues and challenges faced in the swap/migration activity.
Should be familiar and able to report any issues with solutions and recommendations
Your skills and experience
You have:
In-depth knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G network
Knows project management
Knows every detail of activities done for migration, swap out and new sites
Network Planning and Optimization background
Good coordinator, coordinate with other domain to come up with a plan or solution
In-depth solution planning
Detailed Technical Project Management knowledge
Synchronize all activity chronologically
It would be nice if you also had:
