Prepares technical proposal and act as Subject Matter Expert
Assist and educate the Account Managers in understanding core products and its features
Performs technical presentation and proof of concept to clients when required
Analyzes client's needs and determine the best solution offerings
Create technical solution designs to address clients requirement
Architect, plans, designs, and execute on Storage infrastructure related projects and programs as a solution offering
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related course
Exposure in storage and back up solutions ( Veritas,Acronis,Data Protection,etc.)
Knowledge on different IT Products such as Network and Security and Servers is an advantage.
With IT certifications in Storage Infra or any related certifications
Experience in providing technical solutions to clients
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
