Technical Operations & Innovation Manager
Manager = Technical Operation & Innovation Lead (North East)
Location: Vietnam or Philippines

As a Technical Operations & Innovation Manager, you'll focus on specific FO, single or multiple countries based on business indicators such as volume, revenue and operating income in addition to geographical and supply chain complexity and the maturity levels of the bottling partners considered.

What You'll Do for Us
Provide execution and technical support to the assigned territory, within the franchise units and bottling partners across all Technical Innovation & Supply Chain functional areas
Support Technical Franchise operations Managers to support specific and challenging projects, goal settings for each bottling plant while supporting an efficient execution. Key areas at the assigned territory such as Quality, Sustainability and Environment scores, continuity of supply, processes efficiency and performance, timely investments to expand capacity among others
Act as the execution arm for Technical Innovation & Supply Chain strategies at the FO and individual market levels
Lead, support and orchestrate as necessary the execution of innovation and productivity initiatives at the country and FO levels (Incl. Product , package, equipment , Supply Chain Improvements, Productivity)
Support the execution of the Organisational Unit Commercialization plans working directly with the bottling partners, Commercial Product Supply and other Organisational Unit functions inside and outside the technical structure
Responsible for fostering innovation in working practices between the Organisational Unit and franchise partners
Lead actions of bottling groups to optimize manufacturing cost and yields to support profitability requirements at each specific region or FO
Contribute to developing Supply Chain contingency plans and Business Continuity Programs at the country or market level, coordinate demand and supply at the FO or market level in alignment with the Organisational Unit Supply Chain team and the bottling partners
Support the local sourcing strategy at the different FO.
Act as a catalyst for system networking with internal and external partners, identify and communicate insights, trends, risks relevant for the overall business and Technical Innovation & Supply Chain specific.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
At least 4 years of experience in one or more functional areas within the Technical Innovation & Supply Chain scope: Quality, Sustainability and Environment, Scientific Regulatory Affairs, Commercialization, Supply Chain, technical franchise leadership, Commercial Product Supply, Research & Development, food or beverage industry (Manufacturing, Quality, Sustainability and Environment, Logistics-Supply Chain, Engineering among others).
Very good understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, Quality, Sustainability and Environment metrics and commercialization processes.
Strong abilities to connect and collaborate with the bottling partners and suppliers and the commercial roles of the FO
