We are urgently looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead our drafting and detailing operations across millwork, stone tiling, and interior works.The ideal candidate will be a licensed/qualified Architect with at least 10 years of proven industry experience, bringing a strong background in shop drawings, cut sheets, and technical documentation. This role requires both technical mastery and leadership skills to oversee teams, manage deliverables, and ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of outputs.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of drafters and detailers in the preparation of shop drawings, cut sheets, and technical interior documentation.
Oversee technical deliverables for millwork, stone, tiling, and other interior fit-out works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
Review, redline, and approve detailed drawings before submission to consultants and contractors.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues and support project execution.
Prepare and present progress and technical reports to management and clients.
Train, mentor, and guide junior team members to build technical competence and team efficiency.
Ensure drafting and documentation adhere to industry standards and company procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualified/Registered Architect (license preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, interior detailing, or fit-out projects.
Expert in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit is highly preferred.
Familiarity with other industry-specific software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, SolidWorks, Microvellum, MS office and Bluebeam ) is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership, technical coordination, and reporting.
Strong eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Bilingual in Tagalog and English (oral and written).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
